Cole Swindell Joins Jo Dee Messina For CMA Awards Collab Of The Century

Heads Carolina, or tails California? If it were up to anyone in the audience at the 56th Annual CMA Award show, they would follow Cole Swindell and Jo Dee Messina to just about any state after their stellar performance. The duo that we never knew we needed but now cannot get enough of swept the stage with their performance of the "She Had Me At Heads Carolina" remix released earlier this week.

Swindell took to Instagram on November 9th to announce the release, mentioning just how much the collaboration meant to him as a 90's country fan.

"Did y’all really think we were gonna leave you hanging without releasing a version of this song w/ @jodeemessina?!? Such a full circle moment for this here 90’s Country fan… the “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” Remix is OUT NOW!," the post read.

Swindell is known for a plethora of hits including, "Single Saturday Night," "Middle Of A Memory," and "Ain't Worth The Whiskey." Country music Legend Jo Dee Messina is known for the original version of "Heads Carolina, Tails California" released in 1996, "Bye Bye," and "Bring On The Rain," among countless hits and an illustrious career spanning decades.
