NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A business dedicated to helping people find jobs that allow them to work from home has launched a base in Nashville.

Mom Source Network matches people with forward thinking family friendly companies, and does it online.

It started as a group of women who were new moms wanting to spend more time at home with their families, but not ready to give up their careers. It has since expanded to include men, retirees and recent college graduates.

The network doesn’t post job openings online because they’re the professionals and want to place people and companies who they think are a perfect match.

Andrea Dake with the company told News 2 why they are so successful.

“We thoroughly vet our candidates, which is one of the advantages with Mom Source versus maybe a more traditional head hunter or recruiting company. All of our candidates are thoroughly vetted. We have a 96 percent success rate, meaning that 96 percent of the candidates that we’ve placed are still with that company, with that employer,” she said.

Mom Source Network also works on teaching companies the benefits of flexible hours and keeping their employees happy.

The company has a workforce in Knoxville, where they are based out of, and Chattanooga as well.
