Creighton’s College of Nursing, in partnership with CHI Health, will host its annual Distinguished Scholar lectures this spring. The lectures will be presented in person and virtually via Zoom.

More About Our Distinguished Scholar

Dr. Buerhaus is a nurse and a healthcare economist who is well known for his studies and publications focused on the nursing and physician workforces in the United States.

As a professor of nursing and the director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Health Workforce Studies at Montana State University College of Nursing, Dr. Buerhaus maintains an active research program involving studies on many subject areas including employment, education, demographic trends in the nursing workforce, and forecasting nurse and physician supply.
