As we move through this unique season, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each of you for the incredible work you continue to do every day. Despite challenging snow conditions and unseasonably warm temperatures, you have remained adaptable, positive, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Your ability to navigate constantly changing terrain, variable snow surfaces, and an evolving mountain footprint has not gone unnoticed. You continue to demonstrate professionalism and creativity in how you adjust your teaching and guide guests safely across the mountain. Thank you for your resilience, teamwork, and unwavering dedication to making Beaver Creek a truly special place, no matter the conditions.

What happens if an employee indicates ‘No’ on returning or does not complete the Interest Form?

If an employee selects “No” or chooses not to submit the Returner Interest Form, they will be required to reapply through the external job posting process at jobs.VailResorts.com. This means they must submit a new application and, if rehired, will complete the full onboarding process.
