Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (2-1) won the Stockton Tip-Off championship with an 83-74 overtime win over Albright (2-1). Freshman
DJ Campbell (Vineland/Vineland) topped his career-high from Friday with a team-high 22 points, eight rebounds and two steals to spur the Ospreys to the victory.

Stockton never trailed during the first half, but their biggest margin was just six points over the Lions during the stanza. Campbell and
Jordan Taylor (East Orange/Cicely Tyson) led the Ospreys with six and five points respectively and the home team led 27-24 at the break.

The visitors looked to put the game away at the start of period number two, coming out of the locker room on a 12-0 run for a 36-27 lead at the 16:31 mark. Albright extended the lead to 40-29 before Stockton started to close the gap. An 11-2 spurt led by
Jonathan Azoroh (Ewing/Ewing) with three of the markers closed the margin to 42-40 with 11:05 remaining in regulation.

Albright led 67-61 with 30 seconds left, but the Ospreys scored the last six points of regulation. Campbell nailed a three-ball and then hit three foul shots with four ticks on the clock to send the game to the extra period.

It was all Ospreys during the five-minute frame, outscoring Albright 16-7. Five points by Campbell, four foul shots by
Kyion Flanders (Wildwood/Wildwood) and three points each from Taylor and Azoroh sealed the victory.

Flanders chipped in with 19 points and a game-high four steals, with Azoroh also topping his career-best with 12 markers.
Kadian Dawkins (Eastampton/Rancocas Valley) set career highs in assists and rebounds with eight each to go with eight points.

Samuel Majekodunmi led Albright with a game-high 26 points, with Sidney Brown and Troy Smoot scoring 19 and 15 points respectively. Isaiah Harris topped all players with 13 rebounds.

Stockton will have a week off before their next tilt. The Ospreys will travel to Swarthmore, PA to face Swarthmore College, ranked #1 in the D3hoops.com national poll, next Saturday at 1 pm.
