Zuul is now available in Fedora

Hi,

I would like to share that Zuul is now packaged into Fedora. It will be
available with the next Fedora 33 [1]. Nodepool is also part of Fedora.

Zuul and Nodepool packages source are available here: [2] and [3].

If you are interested, help will be welcome to keep those packages into
Fedora so do not hesitate to propose PRs. PRs are validated by Zuul already
[4] (build, lint, functional tests [5]).
