Canvas Student

Great to have access on-the-go but images of crucial formulas in my Statistics course do not appear at all so it's not a good enough resource to use. Please fix this and I'll gladly switch my rating to 5 stars! Ty Update: I was informed that trying to use the offline sync mode might remedy the above; I've searched for an offline sync mode option and have not found where it might be located. Any more help would be appreciated.

The developers of the app focus more on the iOS application, and unlike all the other applications on my phone, this app takes a horrendous 15-20 seconds to load. Also, the scanner feature needs major improvements; on the iOS application the corners of any scanned pages are detected, but on my Pixel 7 Pro, not so much. The only other problem I found was that if I tried opening the Canvas Student app when my WiFi wasn't working, then it would reset the widgets from dark mode to light mode.

The app is good. I have a suggestion for a huge improvement. I want to be able to set the time zone in app rather than it automatically update. Reason: I go to online school in a different zone. My assignments look like they have a due date of calendar date "X" and since I'm 2 hours ahead, it's really calendar date "x-1" and if I don't catch it I only have a couple hours to do any work.
