Participating in a mentoring relationship can be a transformative experience for both individuals involved. However, for many people the reality of mentoring frequently falls short of the dynamic we imagine. In this workshop, we will explore how to build an effective foundation for mentoring relationships. We will also learn techniques for creating a genuine connection and practice several active listening strategies.
