Saturday Business Institute
SBI allows 9th and 10th-grade high school students to develop early business knowledge and obtain a jumpstart familiarization with college.
The Riordan Programs’ Saturday Business Institute (SBI) is a hybrid program. SBI initiatives are designed to expose 9th and 10th graders to an early introduction to business concepts, careers in business, and how to prepare for college early.

- Introductory topics in business by Riordan MBA Fellows
- Visit to UCLA Anderson School of Management and experience the Riordan Scholars Stock Market Competition
- Cost-free program
Eligibility Requirements
- 9th or 10th-grade student at the time of application
- Must attend a high school in Los Angeles, CA
- Good academic record, 2.9 or above
- Available to attend orientation & all session dates
Applications for the 2025 Program are Due November 15, 2024
