18th Annual Stockton University Community Engagement Awards Nomination Form
The MLK Day of Service Planning Committee is pleased to announce the 18th Annual Round of the Community Engagement Awards. This year, we will recognize five (5) members of the Stockton Community - One (1) Undergraduate Student, One (1) Graduate Student, One (1) Student Club/Organization, One (1) Staff Member, and One (1) Faculty Member - for their outstanding community engagement activities. Please review the nomination information below and carefully submit the form.
Eligibility: All students, student groups, staff, and faculty within the Stockton Community are eligible to be nominated, provided they have been engaged in providing a valuable service to the community during the 2021 year. For Staff and faculty members, this should be outside their typical duties involved in the nominee's current position at Stockton.
Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by Friday, December 10th 2021.
Self-Nominations: Individual candidates for the Community Engagement Awards MAY NOT nominate themselves; however, student clubs or organizations may self-nominate.
Selection of winners: A selection committee (composed of faculty, staff and students) will be responsible for choosing the winners. The decisions of the committee are final.
Presentations of awards: Winners and their nominators will be notified no later than Friday, January 7th. All winners should make every effort to attend the awards ceremony at the MLK, Jr. Day of Service on Monday, January 17th, 2022.
