ROYAL OAK – Michigan Science Center CEO Tonya Matthews joins us again on M2 TechCast to talk about the activities available during summer break, including 10 week-long summer camps for children pre-Kindergarten to eighth grade.

Each week of science camp features unique, science-themed experiences where campers will participate in hands-on activities and adventures to become junior civil engineers, marine biologists, chemists, and forensic scientists. Additionally, campers will have access to the new Toyota 4D Engineering Theater featuring National Geographic’s Extreme Weather 4D.

The first summer camp session is almost here and they are selling out quickly. We’ve already sold out of two camps! Sign up your camper today at Mi-Sci.org or call 313.577.8400, Option 5. Ten week-long camp sessions run from June 26 – September 1 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Before and after care is available for an additional fee.

Camp scholarships are available and applications can be completed online at Mi-Sci.org.
