For Gen Z workers, their work experiences have been shaped by so many factors that didn’t impact previous generations of workers: a global health crisis, an economic crisis, and an increased awareness of and push for racial and climate justice. As a result, Gen Z workers have different values and expectations for their careers than Millennials or Gen Xers, and they aren’t afraid to let us know it! In addition to sharing the latest data and research on Gen Z workers, we will hear from 4 Gen Z panelists who are currently working:• What they look for in work and a workplace, and what have been their influences• How they think about their career, what motivates them, and how they choose where to work• How Gen Z has influenced the future of work The insights provided in this workshop can be leveraged by you to create workplaces where Gen Z workers thrive, feel safe and valued now and in the future!
