Martin, Specialist in Asian Affairs, Asia Section, Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade Division, Congressional Research Service; and Mr. Lee Cheuk Yan, General Secretary of the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions, the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Labour Party.
