Cancer draws a line in the sand of life. But the 2nd Act of life after a diagnosis can be every bit as – and sometimes even more – meaningful than the life led before.

Paddling the murky waters of survivorship, ten Chicagoland women discovered how to use their precious gifts of time and experience to give back to society for the greater good. Singing, painting, laughing, leading – they share the stories of their 2nd Acts in the most meaningful way: live storytelling. The worth of these 2nd Acts isn’t defined by size. In this case, size doesn't matter. The doing does!
