COVID-19 Consultation

DPH COVID-19 Provider Call-Line:

  • Healthcare provider questions on testing, reporting, or other COVID-related issues.
  • Clinical questions about the COVID vaccine including but not limited to contraindications, precautions, side effects, post-vaccination assessment.

COVID-19 Reporting
For facilities:

In LA County, all facilities outlined in the County Health Officer Order are required to report clusters of COVID-19 cases. Visit the LAC DPH COVID-19 and ARI Cluster Reporting Instructions for information about reporting thresholds and how to report.
