Hello SoR Parents!
This letter will go over our mandatory show production fees for every student enrolled in Rock 101, Adult Band, or Performance Program. Admission to the Seasonal Showcases will be covered by your show fee. You will not need a digital/physical ticket to come to the show. We charge a total of $160, split over the course of the season, for all of the shows our students play. These fees help cover the cost of each show’s production and promotion including printed material, merchandise, staffing, venue rentals, etc.
Here’s how it works:
- All of our current performing students will be charged $80 per family for the Midseason Show and $80 per family for the End of Season Shows.
- You will get 2 posters and event access for your friends and family to attend both the midseason and end of season shows.
- Digital/Physical tickets are not needed for the showcases
- Only 1 fee is required per family, so nothing extra is charged for having multiple enrolled students.
Payments:
The Spring 2024 Seasonal Show Production Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file on April 3rd. If you would like us to use another card please contact the school.
