SIGN UP PAGE FOR Barrel Tasting 2022

March 3-4-5-6, 2022 11AM - 5PM EACH DAY

Regarding Reservations:

1. Reservations times are as follows: 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm. 3:00pm

(THESE TIMES ARE FIRM, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE)

2. You will list how many people you can host for each time slot. This is not done by tables, like our prior events, this is just your capacity - 20 people per hour etc

3. Once we receive all registrations, we will reach out to confirm your capacity.

4 . All reservations are 45 minutes for tasting and 15 minutes to drive to the next winery.

Please note, there will be no food reimbursement for this event. You will need to have a special event permit from the Health Department if you elect to serve food. We must provide the list of wineries and their permit #s prior to the event.

• Fill out your information as it would be printed on the Event Program, i.e - EXACT Way your Winery Name Should be listed; Vineyards, Vineyards & Winery, etc. 

• You must fill out all information in its entirety

Event Timeline for Winery Participants

Dec. 28   Sign up for Barrel Tasting begins

Jan. 19   Deadline for complete program information

Feb. 1 Wineries will have a link to share with their buyers

Feb. 8 Wine Road will share ticket link with their mailing list

Feb. 28   Ticket Sales End at 11pm OR IF WE SELL OUT BEFORE

March 2 RSVP lists will be emailed to wineries and supplies will be handed out at the Wine Road office 1437 Grove Street 9:00am-3:00pm
