Chateau de Differdange Fund
MUDEC’s Executive Director, Raymond Manes, has made an appeal to the Alumni Advisory Board of MUDEC for help in raising money from our donor-base to support these improvements. In response to Raymond’s request, a new fund has been created: the Chateau de Differdange Fund.
The Alumni Advisory Board sees the value in the improvements Raymond would like to make, including:
• 40 new classroom chairs
• tables, chairs and couches for the student mezzanine and Cave
• furniture for the terrace
• laptop tables for Emile Haag Hall
• construction of two new classrooms
• flooring in one classroom
• painting of the student kitchen
• trash disposal system update
We are also pleased to report that the new fund provides for annual reporting of how the proceeds are used.
There is no doubt that your support (financial and otherwise) since our arrival in Luxembourg in 1968 is the main reason MUDEC is able to celebrate its 55th anniversary this year.
Let’s keep the MUDEC tradition going -- MUDEC alumni are consistently scored as one of the most engaged alumni groups at Miami University.
