Activity Proposals for Brain Blast 2023
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring an activity at Brain Blast 2023! The mission of Brain Blast is to get kids excited about neuroscience research, to teach them about their own brain and body, and to share important public health information with their families.

Brain Blast will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 10am-2pm at the Main Nashville Public Library, Downtown. Booths will need to be manned during the event, as well as for a short while before and after for set-up and take-down. 

If you do not have a fully fleshed-out plan yet, that is okay! Please submit as much information as possible, and we will send out a follow up survey closer to the event for final details. If you have any questions about the form or the event, please do not hesitate to reach out to an outreach team member listed below.

What are the names and VUNetIDs of those likely to participate? *
Each person who attends will need to complete protection of minors training, so we need this information to keep track of compliance. It is totally okay if this list changes, we are just trying to get started on the logistics of this. Please note: Protection of Minors training must be completed yearly, so you must have completed it since March 25, 2022 for it to be valid at the time of Brain Blast.
Do you anticipate needing money from the VBI to buy supplies for your booth?
The VBI will reimburse funds up to $50 for necessary booth supplies. Expenses will be reimbursed through Oracle with instructions to come. Please keep ALL receipts!!!
