PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS • Property: Repair protective glass on the stained-glass windows, Replace compressor on chiller, Repair steamer in main kitchen, Paint and new carpet on second floor • Security upgrades to include additional access points and video cameras • Playground: Improvements on 31st Street and Lakeview Circle
