Faith Formation ADULT • Barbara Noojin Walthall Speaker Event • Annual Focus on Faith Event • NEW “Members in the Middle” Class • NEW “Ask the Pastors” Class • 60 young adults participating in small groups • 100 parents reached through marriage and parenting seminars • 50 parents in small groups • 75 people meeting monthly for events such as Beer & Hymns and Theology on Tap

PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS • Property: Repair protective glass on the stained-glass windows, Replace compressor on chiller, Repair steamer in main kitchen, Paint and new carpet on second floor • Security upgrades to include additional access points and video cameras • Playground: Improvements on 31st Street and Lakeview Circle

TECHNOLOGY • 60+ livestreams to be produced (worship services, special events, memorials, weddings) • 60+ pre-recorded videos and podcasts to be produced (faith formation classes, sermons, events, devotions, etc.) • 35 computer systems maintained for administrative/program office areas • 3 data servers, 2 security servers maintained • Maintain network and internet infrastructure (wired and wireless) • Maintain in-house video/audio editing, streaming, and post production equipment

COMMUNICATIONS • 40 days of resources, activities and communications to celebrate Lent • 1 month of resources, activities and communications to celebrate Advent • 52 eUpdates produced • 500+ posts on IPC’s social media accounts and blog • 4 issues of The Window mailed each quarter • NEW website coming in 2021

FOOD SERVICES
