SCIENCE AND TECH ACTION COMMITTEE RELEASES REPORT ON STATE OF SCIENCE IN U.S.
The Science and Technology Action Committee, representing several organizations across different professional areas, released a new report that details the state of science in America. The report indicates that the United States is not maintaining global competitiveness in science and technology, and calls on lawmakers to put forth efforts in making this a priority for policymaking. As indicated by the Association of American Universities (AAU), the report underscores the need for the Fund American Science campaign, which advocates for the commitment to continue funding the CHIPS and Science Act.
