Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that US President Donald Trump is living in “disinformation space” after being called “a dictator” and accused of starting the war with Russia.

President Trump has ignited a war of words with Vladimir Zelensky, calling him a dictator, just hours after accusing Ukraine of starting the war with Russia.
But today I heard all we weren't invaded. Well, you've been there for three years. You should have ended it. Three years. You should have never started it. You could have made a deal.
The Ukrainian president fired back, saying Trump is living in a disinformation space. This comes as the US and Russia engage in talks to end the war in Eastern Europe. For more, former Obama administration official Peter Lodge joins me now from Washington, d C. What are President Trump's motivations here?
I think Trump wants to get out of the conflict in Ukraine, Kim Putner as the close. He wants to bring this thing to a resolution and to be seen as the hero of the resolution. And I think the facts on the ground don't don't really matter as much as the appearance.
One thing about Trump, I mean, you know, for all of the daily things that we hear him and what to believe and what not to believe, he's always said America first, right, Is this a way for him to peg back the amount of aid that the US is sending over to Ukraine at the moment.
Well, certainly he wants to stop the flow of US support for the effort to combat Putin and Russia's aggression into Ukraine. The war Ukraine is less and less popular across the US, and the easiest way to end the wars to code a deal with Putin to simply stop the war. That's certainly part of it. And he also wants to be seen as the guy who did the thing he promised to do. A lot of it is a show of success, regardless of the consequences.
Yeah, the US has committed three hundred and fifty billion dollars in aid to Ukraine at this point. Thanks viz I really appreciated Peter. We'll catch up soon. His NAT
