Self-Scheduling at University Health Services

Web based scheduling at University Health Services can once again be performed through your patient portal.  Don't know your patient portal password? No worries, you can also access self-scheduling by visiting our Luma Health link. If you would like to speak with a UHS team member, please call 901.448.5630 and select option #1.

Records can be requested by emailing uhs@uthsc.edu and completing the appropriate records request form on our website.
