Flicks on the Bricks
Pioneer Courthouse Square shows free movies at dusk on Fridays from July 22 through Aug. 19. See thesquarepdx.org for schedule.
Top Down Rooftop Cinema
NW Film Center shows movies at 7 p.m. Thursdays July 14 through Aug. 25 on the roof of the Hotel deLuxe's parking structure at Southwest 15th Avenue and Yamhill Street. $7-$12, see nwfilm.org for schedule.
Movies at Dusk at Pix Patisserie
Movie classics show at dusk on Wednesdays through Sept. 28 in the Pix courtyard, 2225 E. Burnside. Minimum $5 food or beverage purchase per person, popcorn is free. See pixpatisserie.com for schedule.
Sunday Night Movies at Cartopia
The food cart pod on the corner of Southeast 12th Avenue and Hawthorne Boulevard shows free movies at 9 p.m. Sundays through Sept. 25.
Cornelius Cinemas
Cornelius Cinemas shows new releases on an outdoor screen in the parking lot nightly through mid-September. Shows start 10 minutes after sunset. A few fixed seats are available, but customers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Tickets are $5 to $10, available at www.ActVTheaters.com or in the box office.
Movies at the Garden
The Oregon Garden in Silverton screens a cult classic at dusk on Thursdays July 7 through Aug. 25. $2-$4, see oregongarden.org for schedule.
Dive-in Movies
Portland Parks and Recreation will show "Minions" at six of its pools around the city at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 16-21. $3.50-$5.50.
Mount Hood Community College has Dive-In Movie Nights scheduled for 7:30 p.m. July 8 and Aug. 26. $5 per person or $20 per family.
