Winter Clouds in New England

The Portland Head Lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. I’ve been staying in South Portland not far from this iconic lighthouse and have become quite attached to it, spending hours in awe looking at the rocks and the ocean there. Even though the sea is calm in my clouds study, it was an easy decision to include a silhouette of a lighthouse to provide contrast!
