Spatial Commerce is at an infection point. Commerce is the Killer App of the 3D Web. Today, there are billions of devices in pockets capable of delivering realistic 3D. Moreover, generative techniques are helping to adapt spatial content to the billion products sold online.
Curie® is using Generative 3D to bootstrap an API library of spatial digital twins for e-commerce. Nearly every major e-commerce and social media site has adopted some form of Spatial (try-on, showrooms, etc.) to shop anywhere immersively. The benefit is similar sales conversion rates as physical stores, but without the cost and limitations of real-estate. However, 3D product content is time-consuming and expensive, so ML is required to scale.
