SUNY Update Medical University, which processes our on-campus pool tests, has upgraded its online registration portal to make the system easier to use, but the changes may also require some users to reenter their contact and insurance information.
If you haven’t logged in to the new SUNY Upstate testing registration site since Feb. 12, we recommend doing so BEFORE your next on-campus pool test.
Taking care of this now will reduce the amount of time you’ll have to input this information at the testing site, and help make your next COVID-19 test quick and easy.
When you’re entering your information, we also recommend using your Hawkmail (@newpaltz.edu) email address, rather than a personal email address. Our IT system recognizes this email and connects it to you and your campus ID number, which then connects your test results to your COVID-19 Profile, expediting the process of clearing you to be on campus.
And as always, please be sure to bring your campus ID card with you when you come for testing!
