Provides employees and family members confidential resources to address the following:

  • Personal and work-related concerns/issues
  • Assistance with legal/financial situations
  • Help with work-life balance including referral services
  • Navigate traumatic incidents and coping with grief/loss

Employees and family members are eligible for up to 6 free confidential counseling sessions. EAP services are available 12 months following separation. Services are free and employees do not need to be enrolled in State Group Health Insurance to utilize.

Employees can also access discounts for various goods/services through EAP.


Management & Organizational Services

Managers and human resource professionals have access to unlimited telephonic leadership consultation services

  • Call the toll-free number, 1-833-539-7285, to connect directly with the EAP’s Management Services Team.

Receive expert advice and guidance on issues such as:

  • Enhancing team dynamics, fostering employee morale and engagement
  • Maintaining a positive, productive work environment
  • Addressing problematic behavior and performance (tardiness, missed deadlines, absenteeism, low morale, complaints, etc.)
  • Referring an employee to the EAP
  • How to talk with an employee about work performance
  • Resources and support to help process and deal with a traumatic experience/critical incident both short and long term.

Invite the EAP to a Department Meeting or Training Session
