    • Student Pass Bundles and Group Discounts

    Purchasing a Pass Bundle – Students Only

    Students, if you anticipate participating in more than 1 of the activity areas that require a pass (Group Fitness, Intramural Sports, or Climbing), we encourage you to purchase a pass bundle to save on the total cost. Bundles can be made with 2 or 3 semester or annual(fall & spring) unlimited passes.

    How to Purchase a Pass Bundle

    OleMiss CR App Instructions

    1. Login to the OleMissCR App using your Ole Miss webID and password
    2. Register for an upcoming group fitness class, intramural sport, or climbing session
    3. You will be prompted to pay for the activity and should see all pass options available for that activity including bundles
    4. Select the pass/bundle you are interested in purchasing and complete your payment

    Desktop Instructions

    1. Login at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss using your Ole Miss webID and password
    2. Register for an upcoming group fitness class, intramural sport, or climbing session
    3. You will be prompted to pay for the activity and should see all pass options available for that activity including bundles
    4. Select the pass/bundle you are interested in purchasing and complete your payment

    OR

    1. Login at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss using your Ole Miss webID and password
    2. Click “My Payments” towards the top left of the home screen
    3. Click “My PayPackages” towards the top right of the screen
    4. You should see all pass options including bundles
    5. Select the pass/bundle you are interested in purchasing and complete your payment

    Group Pass Sales

    University of Mississippi Registered Student Organizations

    Registered student organizations have the opportunity to purchase activity passes in bulk for their members and receive a discount off the total cost. RSO group pricing is listed below:

    Number of Passes Percent Off Total
    10 – 14 5%
    15 – 19 10%
    20 – 24 15%
    25+ 20%

    If you are interested in bulk ordering any of our activity passes for members of your organization, please contact Amanda Alpert Jessee, Associate Director of Campus Recreation-Programs, at aaj@olemiss.edu. In your email please specify the following:

    • The name of your Registered Student Organization
    • The number of passes you are interested in purchasing
    • Whether you’d like to purchase one-time, semester, or annual passes for your group
    • If you’d like to purchase a specific activity pass (Fit, Climb, or Play) or if you’d like for your members to be able to select between the three options
    • Preferred payment method (CC, check, or University Account Transfer)

    University of Mississippi Campus Departments

    University of Mississippi Campus Departments have the opportunity to purchase activity passes in bulk for their students and receive a discount off the total cost. UM Campus Department group pricing is listed below:

    10 – 29 5%
    30 – 59 10%
    60 – 99 15%
    100+ 20%

    If you are interested in bulk ordering any of our activity passes for students within your community, please contact Amanda Alpert Jessee, Associate Director of Campus Recreation-Programs, at aaj@olemiss.edu. In your email please specify the following:

    • The number of passes you are interested in purchasing
    • Whether you’d like to purchase one-time, semester, or annual passes for your group
    • If you’d like to purchase a specific activity pass (Fit, Climb, or Play) or if you’d like for your students to be able to select between the three options
    • Preferred payment method (CC or University Account Transfer)

    Refund Information

    Students that purchase pass bundles have 72 hours from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds may be processed pending that participants have not used the pass by participating in any activities requiring the pass. Participants are not eligible for partial refunds. Email aaj@olemiss.edu to request a refund.

    Group pass purchases are not eligible for refunds.
