Driving Change
The Secretary of State has launched a statewide advocacy campaign aimed at preventing insurance companies from using socio-economic data – such as credit scores, zip codes and age – to charge Illinoisans higher auto insurance rates.
Visit the Driving Change website to learn more about the issue, share your story about unfair and discriminatory ratemaking practices and urge your State Representative and Senator to support reforming the current system.

To get a REAL ID, you’ll need to visit a DMV facility and bring the proper documents. Many require appointments, so please check ahead. Our REAL ID Supercenter is a walk-in only facility in downtown Chicago, 191 N. Clark St., Chicago (Mon.-Fri., 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).
