Congratulations to Charles Decker for being named Best Artist of 2022 by Chairman Ernie Stevens Jr. of the National Indian Gaming Association!
Charles received the award at the Indian Gaming Trade Show & Convention last week in Anaheim, CA. Two of his paintings are now installed at the National Indian Gaming Association’s headquarters in Washington D.C.
