Ionyonia Alves (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) was selected
NJAC Honorable Mention for her play during the abbreviated Spring 2021 season. Alves received all-conference honors for the first time in her career.
Alves had another consistent season playing in all six Stockton games and starting four times in the shortened year. The soph averaged 8.0 points and 7.2 rebounds, tying for the team lead and placing seventh in the NJAC in rebounding.
Alves averaged 1.2 blocks per game, ranking fifth in the conference while adding six steals, shooting .407 (22-54) from the field and playing 22.8 minutes per game
Alves' best game came on February 12, when she scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against eventual NJAC champion New Jersey City for the third double-double in her career.
