The Gresham Police Department wants to hear from you!

The City of Gresham is working with BerryDunn, a national consulting firm, to conduct a comprehensive operational assessment of the Gresham Police Department. This independent assessment requires a thorough review of information from both internal and external sources. Accordingly, the City, in collaboration with BerryDunn, seeks community perspectives on how the Police Department performs its public safety function in serving Gresham residents and visitors. The City is interested in hearing positive comments, as well as constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the department so it can meet the needs of the community. Like many other areas of the country, the City of Gresham is interested in evaluating the traditional police call for service (CFS) model. It is possible, and perhaps likely, that certain CFS might be better addressed through non-traditional methods. Please join us for a special community meeting to discuss this topic, and to explore thoughts and ideas.
