The Rental Services Commission (RSC) serves as the primary public forum for discussion of rental housing law and regulation, and renter-owner programs and services in the City of Portland. Commission members are City Council-appointed community representatives with expertise in fair housing, rent-regulated and market-rate rental housing, landlord/tenant law, property management, renter-owner advocacy, rental housing access, and or rental housing health & safety.

Attend a meeting

RSC meetings are monthly. The public is welcome to join at an upcoming meeting. Refer to Events on the RSC homepage for details.

Public Testimony

Public testimony begins at 4:15 p.m. unless otherwise indicated on the meeting agenda. Public testimony is limited to 3 minutes each for spoken testimony or 530 words for written testimony.
