Jr Leaders Fair Stand - Funding

Thank you for working in the Shake stand! This year, youth get to designate where a portion of the profits go! We had approximately 129 youth shifts filled! Please fill out the following information to designate where your money should go. This year, youth earned $20 per shift worked. Please respond by October 1.
