              Placed an online order 4/10/2024, for seven chicken tacos with extra cheese and a vanilla shake. What I received was a two regular tacos, a tostada, & a vanilla shake. I disputed the issue with the vendor the same day, uploaded a picture of the reciept and Doordash denied the refund. I called and talked with multiple people and they told me the department in charge of making those decisions is closed. I completed another dispute and this time uploaded pictures of what was delivered and the representative acknowledged the pictures and said she would submit my refund request again. I've called for an update today, 4/12/2024 and I was told the refund request was denied again. This feels like thieft at this point and a total lack of accountability.

              I order thru door dash, a lot and I always have issues with different merchants fixing my order in correct. But with this order I never received it and been going back and forth with DoorDash about my refund or even a DoorDash credit for my 30.00.The reps have been very rude and are not trying to assist me. I never received the order from burger king on Friday April 12th. I actually want to file a civil suit and small claims but the amount is only 30.00.I would like some information on how to file a civil or a small claims suit against door dash and the dasher that was responsible for delivering my order.
