Fall '22 Performance Program Registration
We're so excited to announce our 2022 Fall Season Show themes! 

Using this form please provide a 1st and 2nd show choice, be prepared to take your second choice. Shows are not guaranteed until you receive an enrollment confirmation.

STUDENTS ARE PLACED INTO SHOWS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

     - Educational experience provided by show
     - Instructor recommendation
     - Instrumentation needs of each group
     - Student / Parent choice
     - Maintaining proper group sizes

IMPORTANT DATES:

      - Show placement will be communicated by August 31st
      - Rehearsals will begin Sunday, September 4th
      - Performance Dates are currently scheduled for Sunday, January 29th (subject to change)

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

      - Please read about Promo Packs which are charged to each Adult & Performance Program student
      - If you're filling this out for multiple students, please submit two separate forms
      - Songwriting is the only "additional show" option available as an additional $49/mo
      - Adding any other rehearsal to your plan will be the regular $135/mo

Please acknowledge that you approve us to process the $130 "Promo Pack" one month prior to the show date using your payment method on file. Each student enrolled in our Adult / Performance Program pays this fee each season to cover venue rental costs, show staffing, equipment, transportation and other costs related to the show.
