Northshore's E-Flier Program Moving to Peachjar

We are excited to share that we are moving our e-flier program to a platform called Peachjar. We receive many requests from local non-profit organizations to distribute program fliers. District policy 4320 specifies that such information must relate to schools, school programs, or non-school programs offered by non-profit organizations that, in the District's opinion, have social, recreational or educational value to students. 

Peachjar will help facilitate the process of submitting, reviewing, approving and posting e-fliers. With the move to this platform, all e-fliers that are submitted to Peachjar will then be reviewed and approved by District staff to ensure that they meet the District guidelines. We are committed to providing access to all individuals, with or without disabilities, seeking information on our District website. All submitted PDFs must meet accessibility requirements in order to be approved for distribution.

Families will receive an email once a week, notifying them that new e-fliers have been posted. All e-fliers will be posted in a centralized location and will be easily accessible. We anticipate launching our e-fliers on Peachjar in early December. All Northshore families will receive a welcome email from Peachjar on the morning of the launch to confirm that the new platform is now live and information about how families can manage their Peachjar account preferences, if they wish to do so.
