The University of Waterloo Strength Club (UWSC) welcomes all lifters ranging from beginner to competitive. Areas of focus include Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Calisthenics, Weightlifting, and General Strength training. All members are encouraged to attend all training sessions and competitions against other Canadian university students, but this is not required. Casual member socials, seminars, mock meets, and intra-club competitions will also be held throughout the term. Whether you are simply looking for a lifting buddy, new to the lifting community, or looking to build a supportive network of athletes based on knowledge and a common goal, the UWSC welcomes you.
