On December 20th, Philip H. Anselmo's self-described "depression core" project En Minor played a special hometown show at One Eyed Jacks in New Orleans. The intimate set marked just the third time the band has ever performed onstage. In addition to Anselmo (who looked snappy in a Nick Cave–esque black suit), En Minor's live lineup features Stephen Taylor (Superjoint, Philip H. Anselmo & the Illegals, Woven Hand, 16 Horse Power), Kevin Bond (Superjoint, Christ Inversion, Artimus Pyledriver), Paul Webb (the Mystick Krewe Of Clearlight, Mountain of Wizard), José Manuel "blue" Gonzalez (Philip H. Anselmo & the Illegals, Superjoint, Warbeast), Calvin and Joiner Dover (the Dover Brothers), and Steve Bernal (former first cellist in the Temple Symphony Orchestra). Photographer Danin Drahos was there to catch all the action — see some of his standout shots below.
