Our goal is to minimize interruptions to your day and to make receiving your vaccine easier and quicker. In order to do this, we ask that you please remember a few things when attending your appointment to be sure that you are able to receive your vaccination in a timely manner;
• All participants must wear a mask at all times during the clinic in order to protect yourself and our staff.
• Fill out any paperwork given to you by your company representative completely and bring with you to your appointment.
• It is helpful to bring your insurance card with you to your appointment for verification purposes.
• If this is your first Flu Shot ever, you will be asked to wait 15 minutes after your vaccination to monitor for allergic reactions.
