UNANSWERED COMPLAINTS

Companies that have not answered complaints as of this date:  February 28, 2025.
The Better Business Bureau periodically receives complaints from consumers regarding various businesses. When a complaint is received, the BBB sends a letter to the business with a copy of the complaint and requests that the business responds to the complaint. The business is given ten (10) days to contact the BBB regarding the complaint.
If the business fails to contact the BBB, a second letter, requesting a response to the complaint, is sent to the business. The business is alerted that failure to contact the BBB regarding the complaint will result in an addition to the BBB's report on the business that the company has refused to respond to a complaint. The business is given five (5) days from the date of the second letter to contact the BBB regarding the complaint.
If the business still does not respond, then the BBB office makes numerous attempts to obtain a response from the company by telephone. In the event that the BBB is unable to make contact with the business via telephone or the business fails to answer the complaint after being contacted by telephone, the complaint will be classified as "unanswered," and the business's BBB file report will reflect that the business has an unanswered complaint. This file report is public information and is available to any business or individual that may contact the BBB, including prospective customers of the business.
The following businesses have one or more unanswered complaints in BBB files. There may be instances in which the business privately resolved a complaint with a consumer and considers the matter closed; however the BBB has not received a response from the business, and the complaint nonetheless remains classified as "unanswered."
