All SunPass customers meeting the eligibility requirements are included in the Toll Relief program. No registration is required.

Each transponder with 35 or more paid transactions that occur within a calendar month automatically receives a 50% toll credit.

Yes, if you meet the Toll Relief Program eligibility requirements by having 35+ paid transponder-based transactions within a calendar month, traveling on the toll facilities in Florida that accept electronic toll payment in a 2-axle vehicle, the Toll Relief Program credit will apply to all of those eligible paid transactions within that calendar month. For example, if you travel on the Florida toll facilities that accept electronic toll payment to and from work 5 days a week in a two-axle vehicle, passing through 2 tolling points per day, you would pay for 35+ transactions within that calendar month. As long as your account is in good standing, you will receive a 50% Toll Relief Program credit on all 35+ paid transactions on the 15th of the following month.
