Dylan Scott is spreading the Christmas spirit with his charming, if not somber rendition of "The Christmas Song," and Taste of Country has your first look at the beautiful video.

You'll be instantly transported to Dec. 25 when you watch. Scott is perched next to an icy window on a festive set, adorned with fluffy 'snow,' sparkling Christmas trees and shimmering white lights. The country crooner does the classic tune justice, backed by a beautiful piano and soft melody as his vocals lead the way. It's a peaceful, no-frills delivery that will become a holiday staple among country fans.

"The Christmas Song" is featured on Scott's new EP, Merry Christmas — his first seasonal release — which also includes covers of "Winter Wonderland," "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," "White Christmas" and "Jingle Bell Rock."

"Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and I am really excited about the release of my first Christmas EP. I grew up listening to the holiday classics and to be able to record and perform some of these songs is a dream come true," Scott says.

The rising star is currently on the road on Justin Moore's Hell on a Highway Tour that continues through April of 2018. Scott scored his first No. 1 single with "My Girl" in 2017 and is expecting a baby boy with wife Blair soon.
