- Assist the coordinators with the recruitment of incoming student participants for the program
- Participate in peer mentor meetings and trainings (several in spring and summer)
- Serve as the primary student contacts for incoming students throughout the program
- Assist with set-up and break-down for activities and sessions throughout the program
- Facilitate reflection activities and co-lead program sessions for incoming students

- Interviews: February 27 - March 2
- Peer Mentor Welcome Meeting in April (exact date TBD) 
- Peer Mentor Move-in - Wednesday, August 14 (tentative date)
- Peer Mentor Training - Thursday, August 15 - Sunday, August 18 (tentative dates)
- New Student Move-in: Monday, August 19 (tentative date)
- WISE Program: Monday, August 19 - Friday, August 23
- Orientation begins: Saturday, August 24

Program concludes in the evening the day before Orientation. Additional commitments include:
- Be available for the entirety of specified peer mentor training.
- Be available for the entirety of the program.
- Participate in any required spring training and planning meetings.
- Be available to communicate via email during the summer months, including outreach to participants as needed.

-Current Atlanta campus students OR second-year Oxford students

This position will provide a stipend of $600. Free meals are provided during the peer mentor training and program dates. Student leaders living on campus in the fall semester are given early move-in on a set date according to program (students going abroad in the fall or living off-campus will be responsible for their own housing).
