Important Announcements

We have officially reached Tournament Play for High School Basketball!

The Boys Varsity Team ended the regular season with a 17-3 overall record and has been seeded as the 2nd overall seed in the Sea-Tac League. They have moved down in the State rankings, to 9th for Washington 1B schools.

The Girls Varsity Team ends the regular season tonight with a non-league matchup wth Steilacoom High School at 5:30pm. They finished 7-1 in league and took the 3rd seed in the tournament. They are currently ranked 15th in Washington for 1B.

Feb 1st: SCA Lady Lions vs Steilacoom HS - 5:30pm

Feb 2nd: SCA Lady Lions @ Evergreen Lutheran (PLAYOFFS) - 5:30pm

Feb 3rd: SCA Mighty Lions vs Puget Sound Adventist (PLAYOFFS) - 7:00pm

Feb 4th: Lions Mini Camp - 6-8th grade girls basketball camp - 10-11:30pm

Feb 8th: SCA Lady Lions Playoff Game - Time and Location TBD

Feb 9th: SCA Mighty Lions Playoff Game - Time and Location TBD

Feb 11th: Lions Mini Camp - 6-8th grade girls basketball camp - 10-11:30pm

DISTRICT BASKETBALL REMINER:

Tickets will not be able to be purchased at the door for the District 1/2/3 Tournament. Tickets will only be available throught the GoFan app. Links to tickets will be posted as soon as the Athletic Department recieves them.

Thinking ahead?

Want to get an early start on hotel booking? If the Lions go to the STATE Tournament on March 1-4, families may need a place to stay. The team already has a booking for a hotel in Spokane. The Lions have reservations at the Days Inn: 3033 N Division Street, Spokane WA, 99207

Winter season has almost thawed and it's almost time for Spring sports.

If you are interested in competing on one of these sports, and have not competed in a Fall or Winter sport, you will need to have all Eligibility Paperwork filled out before the first day of practice.

Middle School Girls Basketball is officially underway! Our Girls are learning so much as each game goes by!

Elementary Basketball has officially started up again! Sound Christian has 5 teams competing in the Elementary Nisqually League.
