Employer and Tax Relief Guidance

A collection of resources and guidance to help navigate various tax and employer benefits can be found here. The page includes guidance on topics including tax credits and deferrals, SBA low-interest loans for small employers, CARES Act loans for mid-size employers, and others.

Department of Education Guidance

The Department of Education has issued guidance on to help institutions respond to the coronavirus crisis. A collection of such guidance can be found here. This page contains resources on Title IV compliance, Federal Work Study, FERPA, and related issues.

The NCAA Division 1 Council has offered a waiver for fall sports, except football, allowing for only a minimum of 50% of required contests to take place.

NACUBO Member Polling. NACUBO will be conducting a variety of polls and surveys that measure the impact of the crisis on institutional finances and potential recovery options.
