CARAMEL AND PEPPERMINT PUDDNG

INGREDIENTS:
500ml cream – whipped
1 tin caramel
1 packet Tennis biscuits
2 Peppermint crisp chocolates

METHOD:
Whip cream and beat in caramel.
Grate peppermint crisp
Layer this mixture and tennis biscuits in large dish
Sprinkle peppermint crisp on top
Chill or serve immediately
