Studio 78 was established in 2021 to create a space where music is created with excellence. World-renowned acoustics engineer Carl Tatz designed the space and incorporated his trademarked Phantom Focus monitoring system and acoustical treatments.

In partnership with Phil Barfoot, Head Engineer Daewoo Kim brings over 20 years of industry experience and a vast portfolio of work ranging from K-POP to CCM ensuring client's unique recording needs are met - down to the finest detail. Studio 78 has quickly become a favorite space for Nashville's top session players and a wide range or clients including: CCT Music, Semsen Music, David Davidson, and many more.

“Studio 78  has upped the anti of its heritage namesake The Blue Grotto, one of Nashville’s most famous studios, by introducing an expanded array of outboard gear, SSL XL console, Yamaha C7 grand piano, beautiful new lounge and additional iso rooms.
