A message from your Ski and Snowboard School Leadership Team |
Hi team,
I want to start by thanking all of you for the support and encouragement you have shown me over the past month and a half as I’ve stepped into my new role. The people here truly make Beaver Creek the special place it is, and you have all reminded me of that this year.
As we head into the busy holiday stretch, I want to challenge all of us to lead with kindness—toward our guests, our coworkers, and ourselves. Take time to do what keeps you energized and passionate, and remember you have a full team ready to support you when things get tough. Give yourself grace when things are not going to plan, and offer that same grace to others as situations become stressful. We get through challenges best when we tackle them together; and remember that at the end of the day, we are all just playing with gravity on snow.
Let’s show each other and our guests what a wonderful place Beaver Creek can be!

All the best,
Cassidy Warner-Dee

Tuning your gear! You asked for more tuning clinics, and you asked for a better space in the Coyote locker room to tune both skis and snowboards. Great requests, especially given the importance of well-tuned gear this season. In response to the requests, we have:
|
- added 4 tuning clinics
- ordered additional vices for the Coyote locker room, to be installed upon arrival
- assessed the snowboard vices that are currently in the Coyote locker room and will repair them to make the space functional for all.
|
Please keep the valuable feedback coming! Speak directly with any member of our Ski and Snowboard School leadership team, send us an email, make comments in our Continuous Listening Surveys, etc.
Your feedback matters!
